Happy holidays everyone!
I hope you are all getting some well deserved rest and you are spending time in the best way possible to your own liking and not up to everybody else’s expectations.
Holiday season means I get some rest as well and Already, Yet takes some time off to look back at what as been done. I’m sharing this process with you with three little collections of previous post that you can read again or for the first time, if you want.
Takeaways (TL:DR)
Processes are roads for communication and channels for our professional relationships. They shape directly or indirectly the way we work both individually and in a group. If you leave them unattended they will influence you way more than you are able to design them to be effective. Nurturing the tools to understand and control them, but most of all developing habits to maintain focus on them is a good resolution for the new year.
🍊 Welcome to the latest issue of Already, Yet – a weekly retrospective about not feeling ready, but doing things anyway.
🙋🏻♂️ If you’re a new reader, thanks for stopping by. Feel free to check out this introductory post, which explains what Already, Yet is all about.
